On July 22, I took on a unique challenge—transforming a 3-floor private property, with zero digital footprint, into a fully functioning, booking-ready banquet hall, Deen Dunia House.
Here’s how we made it happen, step by step:
🔸 Day 1: Started with branding—designed a fresh logo and set up a professional email. Crystal-clear vision was key.
🔸 Days 2–8:
- Created all new social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps).
- Got the property verified on Google Maps.
- Booked a custom domain.
- Conducted a complete photoshoot & video shoot of the venue.
- Edited videos, made engaging reels, designed posters, walkthroughs, and set up a modern website from scratch.
- Integrated WhatsApp Business for instant client responses.
By July 29: Digital infrastructure was READY. Every detail, from brand visuals to the website, was live.
🔸 August 2–6:
- Launched targeted awareness campaigns on Meta (within a 5km radius).
- Followed up with lead generation ads—enquiries started rolling in!
- Promptly handled client queries, organized site visits, and showcased all three floors to potential clients.
- Noticed demand for catering/crockery, so partnered with local vendors to offer complete event solutions.
🎉 August 6: Our first booking was CONFIRMED, with the client paying advance to reserve the venue. All in just two weeks!

- Tight budget & extremely short timeline
- Google Maps verification delays
